This Privacy Notice explains how Eternilink collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and biometric data for individuals who participate in our patient registry as part of our mental health support platform.
Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to us. Eternilink is committed to safeguarding your information in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and HIPAA standards).
We may collect and process the following categories of data:
Personal Identification Data: Age group, gender, language, country (no name required unless otherwise agreed).
Emotional and Biometric Data: Facial expression analysis, heart rate, eye movement, and behavioral feedback collected during VR or device sessions.
Therapy Interaction Data: Responses, emotional patterns, therapy session metrics.
Device and Technical Data: Type of device used (VR headset, mobile phone, smartwatch) and anonymized session IDs.
The personal information you provide in the Patient Registry Survey will only be collected by Eternilink if you click ‘Continue’ under each section of the Patient Registry Survey.
We also collect the personal information of the person who may act on your behalf (such as your caregiver or legal representative) for the purpose of the Patient Registry when such information is provided by you when you sign up to join the Patient Registry. You must have their permission to provide us with their personal information.
The information collected will be used to:

Improve Eternilink’s AI therapeutic algorithms through anonymized learning.
Conduct scientific research and wellness program optimization.
Create aggregated insights without revealing individual identities.

Data is stored securely in private servers compliant with GDPR and HIPAA frameworks.

Anonymized identifiers are assigned to ensure patient confidentiality (no direct personal identification is stored with therapy records).

Request anonymization or deletion of your data.
